User will have to generate a Ticket for withdrawal of SRPK Card Balance, after which SRPK representative will assist you in transfering the money. After withdrawal of SRPK Card Balance user will not be eligible for taking entire SRPK services. User can only take services after recharging the card again.
Note: Trial balance and Cashback cannot be withdrawn from the users account.
